PREAMBLE
PREVINTER, an open, non-profit association, provides its member companies with ways to optimize the social protection of their international staff.
The association acts as a meeting place and a think tank for like-minded partners.
The association’s strength is derived from its privileged position in the market.
AMBITIONS & VALUES
THE HUMAN TOUCH: The human being is at the centre of all decisions made by PREVINTER and its member companies. This is why they fully comply with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
RESPONSIBILITY: Going beyond third party and penal liabilities, PREVINTER, its member companies and their staff acknowledge the need for moral responsibility. They work in compliance with regulations and the ethics behind them, in all places, at all times.
TRANSPARENCY: Members have the right to information regarding all subjects, projects, initiatives and activities undertaken by PREVINTER. The board of directors accounts for all the association’s activities during the Annual General Meeting. The association’s President is accountable for ensuring transparency.
TRUST: PREVINTER’s relationships with its member companies, their staff, and its partners are based on independence, honesty and integrity, which are indispensable ingredients for the achievement of mutual trust and a gage of efficient work.
SOLIDARITY: Member companies of the PREVINTER association are equals who support one another in their relations with the association, so that each member has equal rights and obligations.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
QUALITY: PREVINTER makes sure that the quality of the services provided to the employees and families of member companies meet their expectations.
INNOVATION: In order to adapt to the changing international status of employees and to fulfill the requirements of its member companies, PREVINTER is constantly looking for new solutions and possible progress by seizing opportunities on the market.
CONFIDENTIALITY: PREVINTER attaches much importance to confidentiality and to the respect of its insured employees’ private lives. The association requires that its partners also respect this principle.
POOLING: Within the context of pooling resources and risk sharing among members, PREVINTER ensures balanced technical results and cost control.
PARTNERSHIP: PREVINTER works with partner service providers to carry out its objectives . The association specifies the roles and responsibilities of each partner. It is PREVINTER’s responsibility to attentively organise and supervise the services it provides.
APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION OF THE CHARTER
This Charter was approved at the association’s Annual General Meeting on the 1st june 2005 following a motion from the board of directors.
The PREVINTER Charter has been brought to the attention of the member companies, their staff and all the association’s partners.
Member companies are asked to notify the President of PREVINTER of any problems in the application of the current Charter, as well as, more generally, of any suggestion they may have to improve the way the association is run.
