Annual Ordinary General Meeting of PREVINTER 2023.
It is our pleasure to inform you that the next Annual Ordinary General Meeting of PREVINTER will be held on:

• Approval of accounts for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2022 (2022 statement of accounts and 2023 projected budget),
• Profit allocation,
• Discharge to be granted to the board members and to the President,
• Renewal of board members' mandates,
• Appointment of a new board member
• Activity of the PREVINTER Association and its administrator MSH INTERNATIONAL during the past year,
• Miscellaneous questions.
