- HUMANISM: Concern for human beings is  at the heart of all decisions made by PREVINTER and its member companies. As such, and insofar as they are concerned, they fully subscribe to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

- RESPONSIBILITY: Beyond civil and criminal liability, PREVINTER, its member companies and their staff recognize the existence of a moral responsibility. They behave  in accordance with regulations and their ethics,
everywhere and at all times. 

- TRANSPARENCY: All subjects, projects, initiatives,  or activities of PREVINTER may be subject to a request for information from a member company. The Board of Directors reports on all activities of the Association at the General Assembly. The President is the guarantor of this transparency.

- TRUST: PREVINTER's relationships with its members, their staff, and its partners are based on independence, honesty, and integrity, which are essential for mutual trust and guarantee effective action. 

- SOLIDARITY: PREVINTER member companies recognize each other as equals and show solidarity in their relations with the Association, so that each enjoys its rights and respects its duties in a spirit of fairness. 
- QUALITY: PREVINTER ensures the quality of services provided to the staff of member companies and their families in line with their expressed expectations.

- INNOVATION: In order to adapt to changing conditions in international mobility and the needs of member companies, PREVINTER constantly seeks new and improved solutions in line with market opportunities.

- CONFIDENTIALITY: PREVINTER attaches the utmost importance to confidentiality and respect for privacy. The Association requires its partners to strictly implement this principle.

- MUTUALIZATION: Within the framework of mutualization between member companies, PREVINTER ensures the overall balance of technical results and control of expenses.

- PARTNERSHIP: PREVINTER uses service providers and partners to carry out its missions. The Association distinguishes the responsibilities and roles of each party. It vigilantly ensures its organizational and control functions.
